Takes 30 minutes.
Includes thermal checks, depth inspection, and moisture risk scan.
£29 survey — refunded if you proceed with install.
Supply High-Performance Insulation
We source premium loft roll or blown-in insulation from trusted UK suppliers — delivered pre-cut and ready for install.
Compliant with current building regs (270mm+).
Options for breathable, foil-backed, or sustainable insulation available.
Materials pre-approved for energy efficiency schemes if relevant.
Install & Finish
We install your loft insulation quickly and cleanly — usually within 2 hours. You get instant heat retention and lower energy loss from day one.
Full install, including edge sealing and hatch insulation if needed.
Optional extras: loft boarding, storage zones, pipe lagging.

Loft Insulation Topup
Up to 25% of a home’s heat is lost through the roof. Our team installs high-grade thermal roll insulation to keep heat in and bills down. We work to current Building Reg depths (270 mm +).
Loft Boarding
We fit raised loft boards so you can use the space without compressing insulation. Ideal for suitcases, boxes, and seasonal storage. Sturdy, clean and finished in a day.
Insulation Topup & Boarding
Most clients choose our combined package which is insulation + boarding done together in one visit. We supply all materials, fit securely and leave no mess.
