These homes are modern, clean and finished well, but like most new builds, they come with a long list of small jobs that homeowners need help with — wiring quirks, furniture assembly, TV mounting, shelving and outdoor storage. This visit covered several tasks in one go.

We replaced 21 ceiling bezels, fitted two new pendant lights above the kitchen island, installed a warm antique hallway pendant, and drilled a cable pass-through hole in the cabinetry.

Loft Insulation Top-Up – Heaton Moor We installed a 200mm Knauf insulation top-up on top of an existing 100mm base, bringing the loft up to modern recommended depth. Also installed lap vents to help reduce condensation and prevent future mould issues.
